What began ten years ago as a small hobby rig in the corner of our garage has blossomed into a full-scale family tradition.

Before we started boiling our own, we spent years learning the rhythm of the woods and selling our sap to others, always making sure to save just enough for the kids to master the craft at home.

Today, Bear Claw Maple has grown into a dedicated operation with expanded taps and modern pickup stations, but our "home-boiled" heart hasn’t changed a bit.

We’ve spent a decade perfecting the transition from tree to table, pouring that experience into every bottle of our silky Amber and robust Dark syrups.
